A Freudian slip is an event that makes the unconscious visible. They are usually language events, verbal slips through which hidden intentions become apparent.

They can, of course, be visual and I direct your attention to the one above. Although metaphorically we are to think that the man has got his head in the cloud i.e. the Cloud keeps his intellect and its properties safe, the literal interpretation is that the man’s head IS A CLOUD.
