This one introduces the work of the great psychologist Wilfred Bion, adapted from his masterpiece, ‘Experiences in Groups’ (1961)

It will be difficult to get beyond the ‘Note and Quote’ style of facilitation if you don’t spend some time on the theory and practice of the dynamic forces in groups!
